Our estimating department is well versed in design/build construction. We are able to complete our designs in house by working directly with our clients and are able to provide them with the most cost effective solutions. Design build allows the team to go from the design phase to construction phase quickly and seamlessly and eliminates extra costs due to errors and omissions by consultants. Some of our past design build projects include office buildings, commercial strip malls, school renovations and large commercial warehouses.

We have completed numerous types of commercial electrical installations, including warehouses, schools, churches, strip malls and tenant fit ups. We are well seasoned in commercial electrical installations and always provide our clients with quality cost effective installations.

In the past the multi-family projects we have worked on include apartments, senior’s housing (long term care facilities) & high end condominiums. We have completed these installations in both wood frame and steel stud construction environments.
